I was just on the phone with your customer Gerry Fox. He wanted
to pass on some excellent words about ESC Elevator. He mentioned
that Jane & Kate are so kind and helpful. You can tell that they
genuinely care about the person calling and the tech who came
out was very professional, kind and friendly and went the extra
mile making sure that everything was working properly. He stated
it was the best customer service he has had in ages.

I just want to say that one of your technicians serviced my
elevator one day last week and he did a fantastic job! He gave
me several important tips concerning safety and other great

This note is overdue; I
own a Savaria elevator up at Pawleys Island; over the years I
have had problems that no one had fixed;?however, I contacted
ESC in Charleston and they finally diagnosed the situation as a
bad switch; Ed and another service man really worked hard and
the elevator has been running good all summer; a job well done.

We wanted to thank you so much for providing the stairlifts at

Our ESC elevator was
installed on or about June 2005. We have had the annual
maintenance contract ever since that date. The elevator has
functioned very well and service calls have been timely and
performed in a professional manner. Kathy and I are thoroughly
